Emergency repair
Paul responded quickly and provided an excellent service. He identified and repaired the problem with the door lock and explained in clear terms what the problem was and the process through which it was repaired, in clear terms. UPVC door fix.

Front door PVC multipoint locking system malfunction which turned out to be a faulty gear mechanism
Paul the locksmith came out late in the evening opened up the front door identified the faulty gear mechanism replaced the offending part all done quickly and at a reasonable price really nice guy as well. I would not hesitate to have Paul fix a broken lock/door again. Thanks Paul!
