My existing lock was not turning properly, so knew I would need a replacement. Kevin was really helpful and turned up exactly as discussed. He told me the cost before starting the work and explained the problem and replaced the lock quickly and efficiently. The cost was exactly what he said it would be. My Grandson had a Conexis L1 smart lock on the only entrance to his flat and it failed to open. We contacted Lockrite and Adrian came to the propery even though he had a busy schedule. He tried is best to open the smart lock to no avail and had to cut the lock of the door which was no easy task. He removed the smart lock and fitted a conventional lock to our great relef. Adrian was very efficient and friendly and did a fabulous job. We highly recommend using Lockrite Newcastle who as the title states gave BRILLIANT SERVICE at a very reasonable price.

Brilliant service, called on the Friday morning with two locks needing to be replaced. Was able to do the job the same day, helpfully explained what work had been done and the price was extremely reasonable for the quality of work. Will highly reccomend to friends and family!

Excellent from start to finish. Came on Saturday to review issue and found that the mechanism was different from what he had seen and went away and sourced the part and fitted on the Tuesday. All the way through he kept in touch via text with updates and appeared promptly on the Tuesday and was very professional throughout. I would recommend LockRite for any locksmith job and will be using if work is required.
