    I cannot praise Alex enough…right from the initial enquiry phone call to completing the necessary works. I was given a price on the phone first for both possible scenarios and Alex was able to attend the following day. He arrived on time and even called when on his way to give me half an hour notice. Alex immediately found the fault, had the correct part on his van and fitted it without any problems. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alex to my friends and family and I will definitely be keeping his telephone number incase of future problems.

He gave a window of time but arrived much quicker and kept me informed the whole time. He made my mum feel comfortable in his company and safe. He then called me after finishing the job to let me know everything was ok.
