Loft ladder parts advice
I spoke with a very helpful, polite young man Kieran at The Loft Shop, Romford. Despite their shop not providing parts he kindly emailed a link to where I could obtain all the parts details I required. Kieran could have simply just given me the part details alone, but went above and beyond by providing me with a link to where I could obtain them. Thank you for your efficiency.

I've never dealt with such lovely guys. Keiran answering the phone was so helpful and polite. Tommy who installed the ladder was amazing. Again so lovely and reasonably priced. I highly recommend. Very professional, efficient, tidy and just amazing all round. Such a great company. I am delighted I chose them.

To completely remove a very large, old Velux loft window, and to replace it with a new Velux window.
Chris and Tom from The Loft Shop Romford arrived on time and started by placing dust sheets on the work area and everywhere else they were to be walking. They carefully completely removed the old velux window with no damage to the roof tiles or the interior walls. They remedied some sub standard work which was part of the original installation. (I was not charged for this.) The new Velux was installed and demonstrated very professionally. Throughout all this Chris and Tom were very happy to explain exactly what the were doing. Before they left The whole area was cleaned and vacuumed.
