  Good company

From the very first visit by the surveyor to the installation of our loft ladder and additional loft access, Loft and Ladders where excellent, no hard sell or glossy brochures, just did what we had asked for, the quote was very reasonable, and we asked for an additional access to the loft, which the surveyor came out again without any fuss, our fitter Ben was also excellent, carried out the work respecting our property, he worked very clean and was tidy, did not leave any mess at all, very please with this company and would recommend them anytime.

  Loft hatch and ladder fitted

Easy from start too finish and the salesman saved us a bit but telling us to go with a cheaper ladder which when fitted we was very happy with the option he suggested and saved us a couple quid. Our installer ben was fantastic and the work was finished in 2 hours, neat and tidy and very happy with the end result, highly recommend.

  New loft ladder

We had Loft and ladders out to quote for a loft ladder and cover, also to make a new loft opening into a different part of our house, the surveyor was friendly and professional, giving us our quote without any of the hard selling we have found from other companies, the price quoted was reasonable, and we went ahead with the work, Ben our fitter was very good, he put dust sheets on the stairs and around the work area, he cleaned up after he had finished and he was respectful of our home, he did a good job and we were very pleased, you wouldn’t of known he had been there.

  Loft space overhaul.

Very pleased with the service provided. It was on the pricier side, however I think that reflected the scope and quality of the work that was provided/performed. We paid for clearance of rubbish, new insulation, over boarding, lighting and expansion of a loft hatch and ladder installation. The guys turned up bang on time on the scheduled days. They were professional throughout, and work has been completed to an excellent standard. We are very pleased with the work and now have a large, functional space.
