Russell was very helpful and suggested the best type of alarm for us to upgrade to. He was polite, on time and very tidy. Since installation, a sensor has been broken by a decorator and Russell tried to helped us switch this off over the phone - when we got stuck, he came and did it for us at no extra cost. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Absolutely brilliant! Friendly communications to arrange the service and Russell arrived at exactly the time agreed, which was so helpful for anyone like me who has to go to work! Really polite, helpful and totally respectful of our home while he was with us and he didn't leave until we were completely comfortable with what we needed to do with the alarm system. Will definitely use again and cannot recommend highly enough!

The work was fine. But I cannot now get the pictures from the camera. I have phoned and emailed Russell Anderson many times and he has not returned my calls. I am prepared to pay for any work he does, but he does not get back to me. Is he still trading?

The work was completed to a very high standard. Russell was very flexible around our build schedule with a number of visits completed for CCTV wiring prior to final install. I am very happy with the product and install and recommend Russell
