Never have I had such Terrible service from a company They failed to fit cowling correctly, the Chimney let water in , ruining the plasterwork and rusting the burner , they refused to admit any liability and now we are paying 3.5 K to fix it . Shocking

The team were so helpful. I telephoned and spoke to a lovely girl in the office who booked in Richard to visit my home. We discussed options and was provided with a quote with 72 hours after the visit. I was able to see the surround and fire I had chosen in the showroom and, I was so pleased when I went in as I was able to chat to the team and go over the details for my home. The workmen were on time and left everything so clean and tidy. Our work was done over a 3 week period, Robin on the last day, finished everything off and his attention to detail was perfect! Thank you to all the team!

Very disappointed, fire surround had chips in it which had to be ‘filled’ gas fire did not work had to have part fitted - still didn’t work eventually they sent someone who rectified the problem also 2 of the logs were damaged had to have replacement and after sales customer service non existent

Fire by design was brilliant. I had such good customer service from seeing show room all the way through to installation! Every one was polite and knowledgable! I was given so many option and reasoning that I felt completely safe with there installation! Installation it self was clean and tidy and so quick it was fantastic! Thank you so much, we have enjoyed our wood burner most evening this winter! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish - everything worked seamlessly and their attention to detail was second to none - They spent the first hour of the day making sure the floor was covered from the front door to the fireplace and that all the remaining furniture was covered as well - they also made sure it was all clean and tidy at the end of every day - when it came to fitting the sill, they noticed two small scratches which they immediately pointed out (suppliers fault not their's I hasten to add) and arranged for a replacement which was fitted shortly thereafter - Very happy customers!!

Great service the installers were amazing, explained every part of what they were doing, great job!
