Not able to open back door
Adam was very helpfully and really knows what he is doing. Unable to open door and the mechanism had fallen apart so he managed to get the bottom panel off to get outside to open the door then came back 2 days later with the new mechanism and fitted it. Very poliet and and on time. Would highly recommend!

Opening and replacing a locking mechanism on a conservatory door which had become stuck closed.
Adam provided such a great, efficient and friendly service. He arrived when he said he would and quickly identified the issue with door in question. He worked quickly, while being dedicated to not causing any unnecessary damage and also being clear about any possible damage that may occur due the nature of the work. He replaced the locking mechanism there and then with a clear knowledge of exactly what he was doing. He also spent time explaining and showing me how to realign the doors and maintain them to avoid the same issue or similar happening again. Highly recommend, won't use anyone else!
