Luka and his team have done a fantastic job on our rear extension and refurbishment in Ealing Broadway. The project was completed ahead of the agreed completion date and all the costs were fully transparent which meant that unless we changed anything we paid exactly what was agreed at the outset. Our site was kept very clean throughout and the team even deep cleaned every Friday before the weekend. The workmanship and overall finish was to a very high standard and Luka made sure to maximise our potential space as much as possible and even found ways to add further value to our project.

Superb builders. I can’t say enough good things about Luka and his men. Each person was efficient, professional and friendly. They did a magnificent job of building my extension, substantially landscaping my garden and ensuring I got all of the proper building regulations. Luka is a great person, as well as a great builder. His word is his bond, but you still get professional paperwork. My extension is better than I ever imagined. Employing builders is stressful but Luka made it as comfortable as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his company.

I would toughly recommend Luka Construction, they completed our significant extension within 6 months of starting, which is very impressive, and they carried out all works to a very high standard. They also installed 4 bathrooms a kitchen and undertook full decoration, all were undertaken with excellent attention to detail. There were no hidden costs. Luka and his uncle Fred are really genuine, always contactable and very responsive and professional. I have already recommended Luka Construction to some friends and I would have no hesitation to use him again.

Luka and his team did a fantastic job on my property, it was done ahead of time and on budget. Luka was very conscientious and nothing was to much trouble. The quality and workmanship was first class and I would definitely recommend him for all types of building/refurbishment work.

Luka and his team are a rare find. They take pride in there work, have great knowledge of the process and work with you in a open and honest manner . With such a large project we were concerned who to get to do the works, but really enjoyed the journey. There were some bumps along the way but these were worked through together and the end product is something we are really proud of and lucky to be able to live in.

I appointed Luka Construction to build a wrap around side return, remove two chimney breasts plus reception room wall, and refurbish the main bathroom. After meeting with a number of prospective builders and various customers I felt Luka Construction Ltd would be best suited. Once building commenced I was kept fully abreast of weekly progress, with regular site meetings as required. The team work hard and know their trade, this goes from the team that dig foundations to the plastering and plumber. I am very pleased with the end result. Thank you Luka, Fred and team.
