We had the poo, they had the solution
Chris came out next day and lifted a whole load of drain covers which cover the hamlet and then found the problem. His nose for blockages is built on many years of experience and he taught me about how our networked sewerage system was constructed. Genius. He rodded and solved the problem, but didn't just walk away. He checked every single drain to check they were clear before leaving. Turned up in uniform. Polite, and helpful. Good introduction. Gave me his business card. Listened to my issues. Checked all areas i had issues. Showed me problem and then resolved it quickly and efficiently. As an extra freebie, poured acid down very limescale toilet an cleaned it. Blocked toilet
