Fixing the edge of the facia and flat roof
I always use Mark Ayres for any of my roofing needs. He’s very reasonably priced and delivers an excellent service going above and beyond on every occasion! I can highly recommend and do so often!

Guttering

Clearing gutters of leaves
I have a lot of trees near my house so the gutters get filled up really easily. Mark turned up on time and did a great job for me and my neighbour. I would recommend him for anything roof/guttering related

Clearing Guttering and Replacement Flat Roof
We emailed Mark to ask him to clear our gutters which were overflowing. He came round the next day and cleared them immediately. This is the third time we have used Mark, the first time he replaced broken roof tiles and the second time he replaced our garage flat roof. He always responds quickly, does a brilliant job and invoices what he quotes for. We would highly recommend him.

Gutter clearing
As always Mark did a great job clearing gutters. My property has some hard to reach areas , but Mark managed to reach it all. Very good workmanship and great at communication. Would definitely recommend him

Replace defective tiles, new lead saddle, widening of valleys, new hip tiles. Guttering replacement.
Having had various unsatisfactory roofers over the years, it was fantastic to finally engage one that could be trusted to provide truly excellent service. Mark is reliable, trustworthy and fully explains the nature of the job in detail, reassuring you that you are getting exactly what you pay for. After years of problems, Mark solved them all quickly and at a very competitive price. I would not hesitate to reccommend Mark and should we need any work done in the future, I'm pleased to say that I now know exactly who to go to in order to get it done in a timely, inexpensive and reliable way.
