He came out to check first (with no callout charge) I was convinced it was the pump but he checked thoroughly and established that the outlet pipe had become blocked, unblocked it cleaned it out then tested, all working brilliantly. Just the cost for his time, which was less than the standard callout fees that some were quoting. I would highly recommend and will use again.

I needed a new seal for my washing machine. This guy messaged me and allegedly ordered the seal. He then totally ignored me- not confirming if the seal had arrived, or if he still wanted the job. I have now been without a washing machine for 2 weeks and have to find someone else. Absolute waste of time. DO NOT USE!

I was passed his details as he was on St Neots Referrals. Called him via the number provided on Checkatrade, advised the issue, which he said he could look at. Confirmed he would come at 4pm 23rd May. Sent me a new number to forward address. As of 5.20pm, he was a no show and had not contacted me to advise if was running late or not able to come. Sent a text message asking if he was coming. No reply. DO NOT USE. READ PASS THE GOOD REVIEWS AS THERE ARE PLENTY STATING HE DID NOT SHOW UP. WISH I HAD.

Great communication, quick arrival, resolved the issue in superfast time and even assisted in ordering a replacement oven bulb as well. Fantastic job!
