Remove and fit new bumper
I damaged my bumper earlier in the year and although I was able to secure it, aesthetically it looked awful and with gaffer taped sharp edges and a missing fog light cover. I managed to acquire a used bumper via eBay and contacted MH about potentially fitting. The communication was great from Zoe with an immediate estimate that was reasonable. By the end of the week I had the bumper fitted. The service was outstanding and would use again without question. I honestly cannot praise this company highly enough! The work done on my car was absolutely fantastic, and the communication from start to finish was clear, prompt, and professional. Exceptional service - thank you.

Exceptional at every turn
Following an accident that my Mum had in her car, our insurance gave us a choice of garages … from the reviews I read online, we chose MH Bodyworx. From the outset, I knew I’d made the right decision. Their speed of response even though they are a small independent body shop puts everyone else I’ve ever dealt with to shame. They are courteous, kind, communicative, proactive, and they made a very stressful time, far easier to deal with. They listened. I would not hesitate to recommend Zoe, Matt and the team. MH Bodyworks is a family run business that’s been enhancing since 2011. Whilst free lancing for other companies to achieve what it is today.
Our Bodyshop is located in Rochester, Medway.
Our main priority is ensuring that we go above and beyond for every customer and that they’re satisfied with the work that’s been completed to their vehicle.
Customer engagement is about building that trust and providing reassurance.
As a company, we want to make sure that all customers feel as though they are being provided with all the details and information they need to go about their day without any worries or concerns.
Here are some of the services we offer: bumper scruffs, scratches, dings and dents, mirror casings, repair/replace panels, alloy wheel refurbishment, color change/general repair, lease car returns and more.
We also work with many major insurance companies, and we would be happy to guide you through the process.
Regarding the repair process, we try our best to make everything convenient for customers.
To get the process started, we require images of the damage on the vehicle and the cars registration to then provide an estimate.
This can be done either via email, or we can view vehicles at our workshop, whichever is best for the customer.
We can also offer local collection and delivery service upon request during the booking stage.
As a family run business, we thrive on quality over quantity every time, giving it that personal touch which contributes to our 5-star reviews.
