Our boiler broke down, so we contacted MH Heating Solutions via the Worcester Bosch website. Elaine responded within an hour and arranged for Martin to visit the next morning. After a reasonable quote, we agreed to proceed. The boiler was delivered the next day and installed by Leon on Saturday, an impressively quick turnaround. Communication was excellent, and the work was completed to a high standard. Elaine, Martin, Leon, and Jamie were all professional and friendly. Highly recommend and will use again.

The engineer came on time, carried out the job and cleaned up on completion. He was polite and helpful and was happy to answer my questions. All in all I am very happy with the work carried out and the efficiency of the company.
