MJD came when they said they would. They forwarded a quote and completed the work within five days of my receiving and accepting the quote. Tidy, professional and everything working again.

Highly recommend Mark. He came round and got us temporarily working until he could book us in for the full repair. A lot of searching to find the problem but Mark found it and repaired, also extremely neat which was well received due to the work he had to do. Would 100% recommend to anyone

Did not keep to promise made

I requested a full certification of the house electrics - more complex than most having had electrical work done by various electricians over 20+ years. No "map" of previous work existed and I wanted to ensure our electrics met current standards. (I knew the main fuse box did not and thought I may have other problems). Mark did a thorough inspection of the house electrics and supplied an extensive report and certification. The fuse box was upgraded and faults in the system identified and corrected. If you want an extremely competent electrician, I cannot recommend MJD highly enough.

Very good communication. The job was much more fiddly than expected as it’s an old house and I wasn’t sure of whereabouts of junction boxes. Mark sorted it all out for me efficiently and cleanly. Shower fan and light all replaced and working. Very happy with the service

Mark couldn’t not fit the work in but recommended Dave: they work together frequently. He arrived promptly as agreed beforehand and spent the whole day tracing and resolving the problem. Throughout he worked methodically and kept me informed about progress. He was careful to cause as little disruption as possible and tidied up after himself as he went along. Despite having had to lift carpets and floorboards, when he left you could not tell he had been. Impressed with both the workmanship and the reasonable cost. Cannot recommend highly enough
