Mark produced excellent work in a timely manner. He communicated choices to us throughout and accommodated our whims wherever possible. He was pleasant in manner, reliable in time keeping and conscientious in tidying up. This is the second time we have used him and would highly recommend him and, if we had a third bathroom(!), use him again.

Attention to detail was fantastic, sorted all the fiddly bits properly, moving pipes, chipping out concrete, sorting everything to give the bathroom a lovely finish. Would highly recommend.

All work was excellent, the bathroom was completely gutted, new tiles on wall, new toilet and shower plus enclosure, flooring and new water cylinder plus pipe work throughout.

Mark is probably the best tradesman I have ever used. His trade knowledge, attention to detail, pride in his work and craftsmanship is second to none. I can thoroughly recommend Mark in this line of work to anyone.
