Knock through wall and steel installation and replastering walls and ceiling

Single story extension
Started the job on time. Workers were at the begining punctual and worked at a reasonable pace to complete footings. Walls were put up to ceiling level and brickwork looked tidy. We were told steels and timbers for roof were on order for following week these never arrived. Builder was emailed WhatsApp messaged and phoned numerous times to discuss the build. No reply has been received to date 6 weeks on. Building inspector has been requested so another builder could carry on the work his report said steels, insulation not correct and brickwork has to be demolished to effect repair.Verified reviewerJob location: DY8Response from M S Shaw Building Contractors Limited
Customer has outstanding invoices refused to pay for extra works and VAT Insisted that the foundations were made bigger than permitted plans and would not sign a disclaimer . I refused to do anymore work until invoice paid , still waiting

Ground work and brickwork for orangery.
From start to finish Martin project managed the job keeping me informed of any adjustments and problems that arose whilst also solving any issues professionally and efficiently.
