We needed a lounge carpet cleaned at short notice after a spillage. The lady who took the booking was very knowledgeable and helpful and asked lots of questions about the nature of the stain. She booked us in a few days hence. Paul arrived exactly at the time he said he would and explained precisely what he was going to do. The carpet looked great after he had finished. The work was carried out quickly, professionally and for a good price. Given we have just moved into a new house and had removal men round as well as decorators, and many other trades, we needed a deep clean to carpets in the hallway, landing and other rooms. It was easy to book Magic Steam. The communication was excellent and they provided a very reasonable quote (which didn’t change once the job was completed). They arrived on time and the job was completed quickly and efficiently with a high degree of professionalism and with a very satisfactory outcome.
