    Emergency wasp nest removal - time critical due to other trades availability. Malum went above and beyond on a Friday afternoon to help me and I'm forever grateful. I spoke to an incredibly helpful and calming lady in the office who moved some things around and managed to get a technician out to me the same afternoon. Steve was kind and answered all of my many questions patiently and in detail and resolved the wasp problem rapidly and safely. Have already recommended them to family members.

  • Pigeon exclusion from under solar panels

    I had three quotes to carry out the work to exclude pigeons from under solar panels and clean underneath the panels. Both other companies expected me to sort out getting scaffolding. Malum suggested a much safer system with a cherry picker which they sorted. They were the only company to fully guarantee their work. They visited on site before quoting to assess the roof and access, arrived on time were helpful, knowledgable and polite. They also kindly cleared out all the gutters at minimal extra cost as well. Would definitely recommend their services.

    Dean arrived promptly right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and sorted the issue with a wasp nest quickly, which was under some roof tiles. Very polite and friendly. I will definitely recommend him.

    Arrived promptly. Wore shoe covers without being asked when entering. Fully explained process and verified that there were no pets or children before going ahead with the spraying. Made sure that he dealt with all nests before leaving. Was very friendly and courteous.
