  Removal of large tree stump

  I contacted M&J through checkatrade for the removal of large ash tree stump. I had several quotes but went with M&J as Mark came round to see the job before quoting and gave me confidence he would do an excellent job for the price with the right machinery, which he then did within the week. Couldn't fault from start to finish and Mark is a pleasure to deal with.

  Cut Down 2 Trees

  Excellent work. Originally wanted 1 tree removed and 1 reduced in height, but the company were honest and suggested I had both of them removed as it would be better in the long run. I had this organised to occur during very hot weather and due to health concerns they were unable to do the work on the original date. They offered me another date that week which I was unavailable for, so they were able to move a couple of things around so that I could have a new date in half term. Excellent communication throughout, knowledgeable workmen and efficient on the day, leaving the area clean and tidy.

  Excellent tree surgeon and team

  This is the 2nd time in the last two years we've used Mark and his team for major reduction/removal of trees over 60ft high. Mark has both a real depth of expertise and a highly practical, sensible approach to what is needed. Discussions with him were really helpful. He works very well with neighbours to get a project done with no issues. The skilled team works extremely quickly, and their equipment is top tier, able to handle heavy trunks. Lastly, the clean up was very effective; there was virtually no sign that something like 6+ tonnes of wood had been removed. Highly recommended!

  Professional and efficient in small garden

  I have a small garden with several neighbouring trees overhanging the fence and needed them to be trimmed with one needing the top 15 feet or so removed. Mark came initially to see the garden and discuss the work before providing the quote. M & J conducted the work in a professional and efficient manner within a couple of hours. They left the garden cleaner than it was before they arrived and with much more light.

  Excellent tree cutting service & price

  Excellent customer service from Mark who has years of experience in this field. His advice was so helpful & was never pushy to sell or pester you. Gave very good price for huge tree cut its disposal. Importantly they were fully insured, very friendly, trained & skilled team who turned up exactly when they said they would. Great time keeping and done a fantastic job. They had trained professionals and right tools to do a fast and efficient job and left the place clean and tidy as they found it. Very pleased with them. Would highly recommend.
