I have an electric boiler and the hot water stopped working all of a sudden. Called a few other tradesmen and they were quoting quite frankly ridiculous prices....then along came Mark. From the get go, he was so genuine and kind and because he was in my area, rather than me wait til weekend was over, he offered to come and check what the issue was before even quoting a price. He was so kind, and managed to fix the issue right there and then...he's honestly a shining example of what every tradespeople should be and is definitely going to be my go-to electrician now. How lovely and reliable Mark is! I was in urgent need of an electrician because my lights had stopped working due to a leak from the flat above. Mark took the time to understand my situation and came out as soon as he could to help. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the issue clearly, as well as the different ways it could be resolved. I really appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and willingness to help during a stressful situation. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone in need of a reliable electrician.

Gave Mark a call after no power at home. He was very friendly, offered to look at the issue remotely initially, and to troubleshoot. He gave us details of his call out fee in advance and agreed to come to the house, which he did within few hours and resolved the issue. Would recommend for sure
