Chris came the next day and quickly assessed the proble, supplied the necessary part and repaired the problem. He was friendly and did not make me feel like an ifiot. Charges were clearly explained and were fair.

Hired Chris at Mayday Electrical to do an EICR and PAT testing for a flat I rent out, along with sorting some crossed wiring in a light switch. Chris was very prompt in responding and great at communicating throughout the whole process which I really appreciate as a landlord managing everything offsite. My tenants said the team were very pleasant to deal with, handled jobs quickly and were neither intrusive nor disruptive. Excellent experience overall.
