I required an EICR assessment. The assessment was booked at my earliest convenience. The communication for the booking, planning, on the day and post assessment were outstanding. The electrician was incredibly efficient and competent.

Able to do the works in a short timescale. Turned up on time, very thorough, tidy and respectful. Quote and photos of remedial work provided. Very quick and clear communication by email, and paperwork clean and organised.

I found MDBS to be extremely reliable and would highly recommend them to anyone. Their estimate process was swift, transparent and competitive and all communications via Hannah were an absolute pleasure. Quotes came back with 48 hours, often same day and all enquiries by phone or email were dealt with immediately and without complication. The electricians were polite and courteous throughout, with work finished to a very high standard and for both projects they finished a day ahead of schedule. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and will certainly be using them again in the future.
