They replaced my roofs, fascias, soffits, gutters and downpipes, and the finished result looks very neat and professional. They are a family-run business that genuinely cares about their customers. The team is very knowledgeable about roofing and always took time to answer my questions. The quotation was well presented, detailed and transparent, and they stuck exactly to the agreed price with no unexpected extras. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I was looking for a reliable family roofing business... and we received a personal recommendation for Merlin Truline. Our roof has just been completed and we are delighted with the whole process. Communication was easy; the roofers were polite and respectful and the roof was completed in a timely way, with no undue delays. Everything was left tidy afterwards. There was one unfortunate incident with a roofer leaving dirty footprints on a carpet, but the cost of a carpet cleaner coming to the property afterwards was deducted with no quibbles. Definitely recommend Vance & his excellent team!

This was the second time that we have used Merlin Truline to make repairs to our roof and chimney stack. They have done a great job on both occasions . They are a pleasure to deal with, responsive, polite and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Really happy with our roof repair done by Merlin Trueline. Starting with the honest and fair quote from Vance to fit a new foot on our victorian house, with different options available to suit our budget. Took a little time and persistence to ‘make contact’ but once that was achieved it was all very smooth and professional. I had 3 pieces of work done: redo a flat roof that was leaking, new roof over a bathroom extension that had been done incorrectly 30 years ago and then remedial work on a roof abutment plus installing coping stones. Everyone turned up as planned and were neat and tidy, even the scaffolders! Everything was explained in terms for the layperson to understand. Clear and detailed estimates provided in a timely manner.

From start to finish everything was just so professional and smooth. We had a new roof, fascia’s, soffits, gutters and downpipes and re-tiled gable and bay windows. And it looks FANTASTIC! We are blown away with how well the work has been done. Not only is Merlin Truline awesome at what they do but there also very nice people and very personable. I highly recommend. The quote came in bang on and they were great at time keeping and keeping the place tidy.
