This is the 2nd time we’ve used Merstham Glass and they didn’t disappoint! Professional from start to finish, they’ve been adaptable, helpful and the whole process from enquiry to installation was so quick. Beautiful & quality door, bespoke to what we wanted, I’m so happy with it! The guys who did the installation were brilliant!

Merstham Glass to replace a section of my double glaze window due to condensation. Firstly , they turned up at the wrong address but, no one contacted me. rearranged another date to visit the correct address. They then came to fit the new glass. The workman lifted my dresser and completely broke the leg off. When I reported it Dean denied causing damage to the dresser and stated that I told him the dresser was already broken. The company refused to properly investigate the case without bias. Communication skills awful, poor customer's care and threatened with debt recovery.

Pete and Ben recently fitted our new front doors and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish they were professional, reliable, and clearly took pride in their work. The quality of the fitting was excellent, with great attention to detail and a really neat finish.

Dean was amazing. He fitted the double glazed pane of glass seemley but the real challenge was adjusting an opening window which I had ordered a replacement latch system. He would not give up till all was as it should be. He certainly went the extra miles (if not two). Thank you Dean and merstham glass.

I haddouble glazed units replaced.from the first meeting to the end faultless each member forfilled their roles well. Very efficient.very friendly excellent customer service and job done fast clean and well. The price was very good having compared other companies . Have no doubts about recommending them, I doubt you will find better
