Personal service!
Last Dec. Midland Stair lifts installed a reconditioned . Stair lift for us. Unfortunately we had some problems with it. However, The engineer kept trying different repairs to no avail. Eventually they replaced the chair and everything began to work, through the whole time I was treated with care and respect, always speaking to a REAL PERSON, . I would have no problem recommending Midland Stair lifts to anybody thinking of installing a stairlift..

Helpful and reliable
We needed a stairlift removing following the death of our mother. The company was helpful, and organised a time for the next day, at a time that suited us. The stairlift was originally installed by Midland Stairlifts. They came regular to service it. Call-out was also good. Would recommend the company.

Such a lovely family business
