Would not recommend. The trader turned up without agreed materials , increased the price during the job and refused to provide receipts, only one worker (Dean) was actually skilled. Communication became aggressive, including swearing at me on my property and threats to destroy my flooring unless I paid on the spot. The situation escalated to the point where I had to call the police to have them removed. I also noted that the bank account name differed from that shown on the invoice. Overall, a very stressful experience.

We are disappointed by this review as it does not reflect our experience. We first quoted in November 2025 and spent considerable time discussing the project before eventually being asked to return and carry out the work. The scope was changed after commencement, requiring different materials and affecting costs. Receipts were provided. Upon completion, payment was refused despite the customer’s father inspecting the work and confirming there was no issue. Police also attended and found no fault with the work. We remain confident in our workmanship and professionalism.
