Moat were assigned to me as an approved installer for my WIckes supplied bathroom. Following a last minute cancellation by Moat of the planned installation date - leaving me to store for a two week period all of the bathroom materials and equipment that had been delivered by Wickes - I encountered significant delays in the completion of the works, being chased from day one for payment of spurious “extras”, poor workmanship, disruption and damage to other parts of my home throughout the 4-months that it took for them to complete the work to a relatively small bathroom.

When we were looking for a team to work on our house, we wanted a team that understood the project, could lead on it from start to finish and manage all trades. Matt immediately put us at ease from our first meeting with him. We were delighted with the way that Matt and the team worked throughout our project. They had complete respect for us and our home, got to know our children and again. The finish is second to none. We are so pleased with how it has all come together and how Matt has made our vision a reality. We would recommend Matt and Moat without any hesitation.

We are really pleased with our extension. The men were really friendly and they all worked hard. They were very reliable. The site was kept safe, clean and tidy throughout the build. They did exactly what they had said they would do, negotiated the rainy weather with good communication for rescheduling, are the tidiest, most efficient, quality workmen I have ever had! If you need anyone who does an excellent job, is reliable and trustworthy then use Moat Building Services.
