    New bathroom

    Can’t fault the quality of the work at all. Only issue was that the final bill was more than the estimate.

    Remodel front elevation of house / remove internal wall.

    Gary and his team helped us through the entire process of our works from planning and structural engineers all the way through the build to decorating at the end. Trades involved were Structural Engineer, Brick layer, plumber, fabricator, plasterer, decorator, window fitter and roofer. They were all exceptionally good at what they do and polite and respectful of us and our home at all times. The site was tidied at the end of every day and disruption was kept to a minimum. Very good communication at all times - these guys are also not afraid of long hours and hard work - highly recommend.

    Re-pointing brickwork, fitting new kitchen and bathroom.

    Gary and Terry did a brilliant job on our property, always worked to the highest standards in a very friendly manor. They have solved our damp problem as well as installing a new kitchen and bathroom, replacing the old corroded pipe work with the minimal of fuss. They also stopped our drains from smelling too. I would recommend them to anyone who asks me if I know a good builder.

    Repair of internal water damage to apartment. Monarch Property Services completed the job from start to finish identifying and repairing the water leak, the damaged walls and decorations.

    It was done to a first class and highly professional manner. They were particularly caring to my aged aunt whose property it was and who had to be placed in temporary accommodation during the work. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. My delay in doing so is only due to me forgetting to do it immediately.
