I booked a slot for an engineer to quote for work. The engineer showed up, would use a lot of brute force on my windows rather than use a screw driver to remove a safety latch, despite my requesting that he do so and pointing out what he was doing. We were very impressed with the service provided by Mortice and Green. Jonathan arrived promptly every day and was polite and considerate throughout. We were both working form home in a small flat but he barely disturbed us at all, even though the works were quite major. For five days in a heatwave he worked flat out, dealing with some very serious rot and damage. He has left our windows looking amazing and cleared up after himself so thoroughly. Thank you so much to Arek, Jonathan and Matt at Mortice and Green for doing such a fantastic job on my windows and shutters. Two squirrels were trapped in the house while I was away and had tried to gnaw their way out. Arek and Jonathan restored the windows and shutters back to their original condition. I couldn't fault them on any part of the process, their workmanship was superb, they were extremely polite and friendly, and they tidied everything when they left. Who could ask for anything more?
