    Complete installation of unvented cylinderInstall new bathroom - (waste pipes already fitted)

    Appalling. Do not use. I engaged Paul to complete installation of my new unvented cylinder. And install new bathroom. Paul did the cylinder work from 16th - 20th Dec 2020. By 5th Jan 2021, there were issues; pressure dropping regularly, leaking when valve opened to increase pressure, tanks were ill fitted- so no room for them to be pumped up and crucially safety discharge pipes not fully connected and not run to the floor outside. Paul ran pipe to floor on 1st June 2021. Had to get another plumber to correct other issues. Shower tray was installed without proper drain.

    Replace the Old Vallant Boiler with an up to date model of the same make.

    Mr Mortlock, or Paul as I have always known him, Removed the ancient cast iron floor mounted boiler and fitted the Vaillant in 2004. He has serviced it every year since and has now done an excellent job fitting the new one.

    Ground floor wc washroom complete install ground up
