Using drones we can inspect a roof with high definition photos & videos without the need for scaffolding or cherry picker making it cheaper & more efficient for our customers & safer for our team. Our Roof inspection reports can be used by home buyers who are concerned about the roof on a property they intend to buy or by the seller to prove the condition of the roof is sound. Areas that the report covers include the roof covering, chimneys, valleys & lead work.

Reroofing,recladding and new guttering
After a leak in the dining room in the middle of redecoring the room, we needed a quick response and a confident plan from a roofer. James came down to have a look at the job the next day and detailed a plan. The work started bang on time. James and the team were wonderful: very courteous, worked tirelessly all day and left the place tidy every evening. The work was completed on time and on budget. The result: a lovely new roof, impressive cladding and guttering, all finished off with precision. James is very personable and knowledgeable and Moston roofing can be very highly recommended.
Supply and fit of a new downpipe
Very happy with the guys. They managed to fit in the job in their schedule at short notice and were very clear and concise in communication. They did a tidy and solid job and demonstrated the downpipe working by pouring a couple of buckets of water in to the gutters. Highly recommended.
Re-Roof of Terrace House
Had a leak in my 1960s terrace roof from the felt being rotten. Good service and very well communicated before, throughout and after the the job. James provided photos and phone calls when I had to be away with work whilst the job took place. James organised skip, scaffold, materials and labour. Work was efficient, and very good quality and completed to all current standards which James had good knowledge of. All new insulation provided, new membrane, new tiles, new dry ridge. Work came with insurance backed guarantee. Clean up was as good as you'd expect and checked I was OK with it anyway.
Replacement of roof and extension gutters.
Thoroughly recommend Moston Roofing Ltd following the work that James carried out replacing the gutters on the house. A really professionally job was carried out from start to finish. James visited the house and competitively priced the job the day that I first contacted him. He kept in contact and completed the job within the time frame that he said he would be able to do it. The work was done to a very high standard and we are very pleased with it.
Replace damaged soffits and drainpipes
