Brilliant experience with Mark today who replaced our front door lock at short notice. Mark was very informative about what needed to be done and the process. A great price and highly recommended!

Loved the company name so had to check out the reviews, which are fantastic, as a result I booked Mark for replacing 4 locks. He was able to squeeze me in at short notice, provided absolutely incredible service and is a lovely chap! I can wholeheartedly recommend.

This gentleman is truly awesome. Not only did he turn up on time. He was friendly. Polite. Caring and informative. A really lovely man that I would use time and time again. It’s so nice to meet a tradesperson I can rely on. They are few and far between and this was deffo one of them. Reasonable price. No fuss. No mess and loves animals. Perfect !

First time using this guy , have to say how easy he made the completion of this job , fantastic communication on his part , mine a little more sketchy as I didn’t give all the correct info on what lock it was , however he wasn’t fazed by this and went on to complete the job as promised. Mark contacted me early on Monday morning to let me know he could help with the problem. He was helpful and friendly from the get go. We arranged a time a day for his visit. He arrived on time and immediately sorted out the problem. I would recommend him to anyone who needed a locksmith, I can’t rated him highly enough. Wish there were more tradespeople like him.
