Junior was excellent from start to finish. When we discovered a leak coming through the ceiling related to our boiler, he responded quickly and calmly, guiding us over the phone on how to shut off the water. He went above and beyond by coming out to us late in the evening. He quickly identified that the issue was caused by a faulty part installed by our boiler fitter only a year ago, replaced it efficiently, and gave helpful advice on drying out the affected walls and electricals. Professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout. Highly recommended.

Very efficient, skilful, friendly and professional…was very kind to get our shower done in their busy schedule. Also gave a very good suggestion which we agreed to and couldn’t be happier with the decision. Again the job was done very professionally with great care and quality. They arrived in time, in fact even a little early and were very polite and pleasant. The job was done quickly and efficiently and they left everything very tidy.

Came out within 30 minutes on a bank holiday as my bathtub started leaking. Identified the issue, but couldn't fix it on the same day due to the unavailability of parts, as all the warehouses were closed. Came back with parts on the very next morning and fixed the issue. He offers very friendly and respectful service. I will definitely be using his services in the future.

Excellent work by Murdock Plumbing who installed an outside tap for me. The old tap was very difficult to remove but nothing was too much trouble to ensure the new tap worked properly. Very pleased with a rapid response time and a job well done. Thank you.

We had a leak through our utility room ceiling; John and Junior came within half an hour, were professional and thorough with their investigation and dealt with the problem, a defective air vent. A reasonable cost, too. Could not recommend more highly. Have had many years experience before retirement as a Chartered Surveyor, employing dozens of tradesmen for clients. Definitely worth seeking out.
