I consider myself a clean freak so I wasn't sure how much of a difference this would make...but wow!! Stuart was kind and courteous, did an amazing job on my sofa, and even freshened my rug! I have been an avid rug doctor user but after he showed me what they could do on a couple of my stairs I think that will be a thing of the past! Thank you Stuart and team...I will be back!

This carpet is 7 years old and it looks like brand new ! No exaggeration, it’s as if I have had a new carpet fitted , it is exceptionally clean and it really had some stains before, I’m amazed .

Absolutely over the moon with my lovely clean settee. It is 5 years old and was in a bit of a mess as I have dogs. After the clean it looks like new. Stuart was very professional but at the same time friendly and explained what he would be doing. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends. Thank you Stuart from Cooper for making a fuss of me when you arrived. I can get nervous but you made me feel at ease straight away

Mark had an emergency job to attend to. He phoned us to let us know and to apologise, which we appreciated. When he came there was another person with him so that they could get the job done in half the time. They finished on the original time we had been told. The results were impressive. One chair had become very soiled from work in the garden and it looks like new now as does the rest of the suite. They also cleaned the surrounding carpet where the pipes had been. Both men were polite and hardworking.

Stuart was very pleasant and explained what he would be doing. He was quick and efficient and worked hard to complete the job to a high degree of satisfaction. As an added bonus he cleaned the large mat by the front door and around the threshold of the door.
