Installation of new cat flap into double glazed door - Mark couldn't have been more helpful! He visited to fully understand the job before quoting, and then kept in touch by email/phone during the initial ordering of double glazed glass unit, with recommendations for cat flaps/adapters that were appropriate for our installation, the latter which we ordered through Amazon.
