Responsive, reliable, friendly.

Repaired boiler, knew exactly what the issue was and replaced parts and checked over the boiler. Heating and hot water all working again . A*, great comms and would highly recommended Nick.

I highly recommend Nick. He provided excellent communication throughout the entire process of repairing my mum's boiler, installing a new pump, and flushing the system. He was professional, thorough, and clearly explained each step. What really impressed us was that Nick followed up a few days later to ensure everything was still working perfectly. He returned again to carry out the service and we will continue to use Nick's services going forward.

I contacted Nick via his website on 30th December and had an email back later that same day asking for further details of the problem. The following morning I received another email from Nick offering a tentative diagnosis and requesting specific boiler details so that he could order the required part. On 7th January, Nick arrived with said part and fixed the problem. So within 8 days, including a weekend and a bank holiday, Nick had correctly diagnosed the fault, ordered and received the part, and completed the necessay work. I now have a functioning boiler giving me reliable hot water.
