Ongoing issue - stopped me working! Thank goodness I pay monthly
OMG, Netserve are my fourth emergency service! I had an incredibly busy day planned and my laptop wasnt playing ball. I am not really very technically capable and didnt understand at all what was happening. Joshua was amazing, very calm - with a very panicked version of me, and importantly I was back up and running in no time. It is so reassuring to know that I have the team at the dial of a number - they always answer and do a great job of knowing how important it is to me to be up and running quickly. I used Netserve for several years before when I changed providers, no fault of theirs. Unable to Back up my Sage
