Alex, Steve and their team completely overhauled the plumbing in our house. Re-piped throughout, new boiler, upgraded bathrooms and a new mains feed. They were amazing through the whole job - clear communication and impeccable work. We always knew where we stood and felt confident that we were in good hands. They solved problems along the way - looking for the best solution rather than the easiest one. We would highly recommend them to anyone doing similar work!

Alex and Steve did a fantastic job - revamped our entire heating system and were careful to ensure pressure was good everywhere in our 5 storey house as well as having sufficient hot water for our teenagers' long showers. Pipework is neat and easy to understand. Huge care taken with our property throughout, they are courteous and professional and left everything neat and tidy. They were helpful above and beyond with everything (moving washing machines into our basement etc). A pleasure to work with them and very pleased with the results. I would recommend without hesitation.

Alex was very helpful and patient, sorting out and explaining our boiler thermostat system and taking extra trouble to make sure it was all working and that we understood how to work it. He arrived promptly, explained how long he thought it would take and he worked swiftly and efficiently so as the charges didn't escalate. We are very pleased with the outcome and Alex made us feel that he will be happy to answer any queries we might have in the future.

My boiler was running at 4.5 bars pressure 24/7 due to incorrect wiring of a Tado digital heating system. Alex came round within a day, identified the problem quickly and knew exactly what to do - rewired the system and fixed the pressure as a result. Checks were carried out on all the radiators to make sure they were working correctly. Super refreshing to have someone so knowledgeable and who clearly cares about the job he does for clients!

Steve was amazing. He was efficient so neat and did an amazing job. Every other plumber that comes to the house says the job was really well done. Would totally recommend it.
