Trustworthy and competent
Doug was great, super knowledgable, quick and efficient. Also seems like a honest and trustworthy guys. We bought our first property and the roof and gutters were in a bit of a state. He did a detailed roof survey and then later fixed all the problems. Replacing flashing on roof.
The information Doug provided was exceptionally thorough prior to starting work. He clearly outlined the cost, which ended up being less than the estimate. He pointed out possible future issues for the old roof with no pressure whatsoever. I felt extremely reassured by his approach.
