From first contact for a quote to the installation of a more modern radiator, it all went very well. A quote was provided promptly, and the job was completed on the agreed date. The site was left very clean, and the engineer explained what he was doing. A thoroughly professional job.

I had complete confidence in Luke right from the outset. He was friendly and polite and easy to chat to. He understood the problem with the tap and explained what he would have to do to solve the issue. Luke warned me that the tap could be damaged in trying to remove it from the basin - he removed it but without any damage and it is now working perfectly.
