    Very courteous and professional. Explained clearly the processes of what was happening. There was very little disruption to the ground as most of it was carried out using an underground drilling machine as they had to go under a brook. Would recommend Rob and his team.

    We contacted North Staffs Utility Services to help with tracing a water leak after Severn Trent indicated a leak within our property boundary. Rob visited and explained the options clearly but believed the excess water usage maybe an overflow issue rather than a leak. He did a couple of tests and then checked the toilet which was installed last year. Rob identified the problem as a faulty fill valve in the toilet. He wouldn't take any payment as he said he hadn't done any work. We had a very fast, friendly and professional service. A highly recommended business. Thankyou Rob and Wendy.
