  Robert had done the planning design and planning application of a residential project for me. He has beed incredibly professional. His process is very solution oriented. He will be able to give advise on every aspect of the design, this is where his experience shines. Diplomacy is his other strength. He liaised with the council on my behalf and got the desired results. So far, we are in building phase and he is helping with the project management. His experience and communication skills give me the confidence to deal with any hot potato. Highly recommend working with Rob

  I contacted Now Architecture to produce plans for a major bungalow renovation. Rob was very attentive to our requirements and the resulting plans were amazing - including a number of ideas that we had not even considered. Rob is very aware of BCP planning requirements and was instrumental in having the plans approved. Rob also produced the Building Regs. Rob is a lovely person to work with, very amicable and open to ideas. He has a genuine interest in the results and has made a couple of site visits to speak to the builder and answer any questions. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

  Rob did our planning and building regulation drawings together with the relevant application to the council. When we came to an obstacle he was quick to find a solution and provide an alternative solution leading to the successful grant of our application. Following our first grant, Rob as previously advised made a second application which would have been refused with the first application was later granted with the second application. His tactic worked! And most importantly Rob was very approachable and friendly caring about our concerns and listening.
