Nigel and Joseph were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they carried out the job perfectly and efficiently. So pleased with my amazing new bathroom and W/C. The attention to detail is incredible and I would totally recommend them

Absolutely brilliant. Whole new kitchen/flooring/ceiling. The work carried out and attention to detail was amazing and all the little problems/changes/tweaks that occur in the real world (and not a design package) were first class - the only problem is that they've set a very high bar for any future DIY! Communication before, during and after the work was spot on.

I rang Nigel this morning at 0800 and they were round to fix a somewhat traumatic leak from our lounge ceiling from as it turned out shoddy drainage pipe work Some 2 1/2 hours later it was all fixed. I cannot express how relieved we were Nigel exemplifies all that is good in somewhat disappointing times I cannot recommend NPM Home Improvements enough
