At point of initial response I was not aware of actual specifics, when I was made aware, as I have no knowledge or experience of the potential customer suggested requirement, it was not possible for me to provide a quote and would be irresponsible to even think of doing so, or perhaps more to the point, to think or expect that to be so. Added to which I similarly had no specific knowledge or awareness of their heating installation and configuration, and therefore the actual or possible extent of the work that would be required. At no point did I say that I could not or would not do the job, however I did advise that it would not be available until well into January 2023. Given that I had not even met the person, spoken to or visited their property, they do not know the technical requirements regarding their job and as I had not had the opportunity to discuss in any detail with them, it is my belief that their comments are unreasonable and unjustified. They are out completely of balance with the other 500+ other satisfied customer reviews received over more than 10 years on Checkatrade
