Leak in roof
This is the second time I have used this company. Billy is very personable and professional. I like the way he takes the time to explain the problem and options and shows photos he has taken. He doesn’t “sell” you things you don’t need. As an example, the first time attended he had said I would need a new replacement rubber “boot” to fit around the soil pipe but my actual bill was lower than originally quoted as he managed to repair the original one . I have no reservations to recommend his company.
Replacing flat roof
I can’t recommend Billy and his team highly enough. I have used this company previously on a small job and was very satisfied. This time they worked through extremely cold weather to complete the work replacing my old dormer flat roof. They went above and beyond to make sure my house is now watertight. Billy is very professional and friendly, he communicated well throughout and the price for the job was very reasonable. I have already recommended him to my neighbour who was equally pleased with the job they did. If you have a roofing issue this is definitely the company to call.
De moss and treat roof. Fit eave trays. Repoint ridge tiles. Fit vent tiles. Clean guttering.
Arrived promptly on the first day, and work completed to time on the second day. As well as the agreed work, also replaced some broken tiles and a vent collar. Very happy with the service provided and the quality of the work. Would definitely use again.
Replacing soffits, fascias and guttering
Billy and his team were friendly, punctual and cleared up after themselves. Very pleased with the final product and Billy was great with communication from initially requesting a quote right through to the end. Thank you.
Repair of leaking roof light window and general roof inspection and maintenance works.
Have used Billy a couple of times before. He has been utterly trustworthy, outstanding value, and carried out works to a high standard. We asked Billy to check our roof having purchased house and had survey recommend a roofer inspected, and he came through with best value quote by far, pragmatic solutions and highly professional workmanship. I even recommended for my parents, and again Billy proved trustworthy and effective. Great results from general repairs, some planned preventative maintenance and most recently with a leaking roof light. Also prompt and helpful service.
De-mossing, clay tile replacement, leak repair
Billy and the team are great. They worked hard and delivered an excellent result, on time and exactly to the spec they said they would deliver. They were personable, courteous, easy to deal with and a pleasure to have onsite. We will use the again, and I thoroughly recommend them.
