Phil has worked at the Almshouse for years carrying out a variety of repairs and improvements. Having recently become Clerk I can see why the residents and former Clerk speak so highly of him. His work is exemplary and his communication outstanding. Keeping our residents happy, ensuring they are content to have him around and assisting with advice whenever asked results in me having no hesitation in giving him a glowing review here. The attention he pays to the residents' safety and well being is exceptional. I have no hesitation in recommending him, but make sure he still has time for us!

Phil removed old kitchen and bathroom and has re-fitted both beautifully. He has also installed a sliding door wardrobe, fitted shelves, changed locks. Brilliant job in all aspects.

Phil made and fitted a step outside a patio door to aid a visually impaired person negotiating her way out of the door. It was good quality with a good surface and securely fitted to the ground. Excellent. He also repaired a bathroom sink problem.

Phil jet washed and cleaned the patio area. It looks as good as new. Brilliant job, thorough, tidy and competent

Phil came out promptly to investigate a fire door which would not open. He serviced and repaired it and serviced the other three to alleviate further possible problems. He works efficiently and professionally, so he will be invited back for any further DIY work.
