  I had a suspected drain blockage as the waste water was flowing away very slowly and the toilet was making gurgling noises. James and his father turned up the next day on time and assessed the situation. They got straight to work and after a while, removed all of the debris build up in the drains. They were very thorough and made sure that everything was clear. Very professional and highly recommended.

  We asked PGBM Plumbing to clear a blocked gutter down pipe. They arrived the next day at the time they said, sorted the problem quickly and talked us through the situation clearly while doing so. Great service; will definitely be using them again for any drainage related issues.

  Kitchen drains were completely blocked up. I called James on Friday afternoon. He and Stan turned up Saturday morning and unblocked the drains. They pointed out extensive damage due to rat infestation. James and Brian returned Monday and Tuesday to perform a thorough inspection of the drainage system, fix the problems the rats had created and take measures to protect against future infestation. My wife and I were very pleased with how thorough James, Stan and Brian were. They were especially good at communicating the issues and discussing fixes.

  I had an emergency blockage in my outside drains and James and his co-worker came to see me the same morning that I contacted them and were very prompt. They dealt with the issue really quickly and were very professional and friendly. They also cleared everything up amazingly well afterwards. I have used them several times and they are always courteous and do an amazing job every time. I highly recommend them!

  I had used James previously and kept his number as we were happy with his work. The outside drains were blocked and James arrived on time as arranged even messaging me to reconfirm. James is so polite and just gets on with the job. In my case he had to unblock the drains at my neighbours. Again the whole experience was seamless and when the job was completed James and Stan cleaned up thoroughly. Professional friendly and reasonably priced. I would recommend James and definitely keeping his number.
