Mark attended to fix a troublesome light. This required some investigation and a few attempts and visits with different solutions before eventually solving it. Mark was never anything less than a lovely guy who kept us informed and managed to solve our issue. I will happily use Prompt again.

In a stressful time like moving home the electrician was amazing very polite respectful efficient and did an amazing job with least hassle just got on with the job. Cannot recommend highly enough. We were let down by another firm so at the last minute they came the next day to remove and fit basic light fittings. Will definitely use this company again 5 stars from me
