Nice lady but the work was done a week late meaning the flooring contractor came before them and then I ended up with paint splatters over my new laminate flooring. Have used them before and was happy the first time but I was disappointed with the quality this time. The paint is already flaking in places

I apologised that the work started a week late because I do not like to start one job before I have finished another. This usually works best for the customer. In fact I moved other work, to do this in time for Christmas for this lady. The customer was happy with this at the time.
This work was done six months ago, and the customer was very happy with it on completion. However, I am not surprised the paint is peeling because I advised the customer there was damp in the wall, but she asked me to continue with it anyway, because the lady was in a rush to move in by Christmas and did not have time to have the damp issue resolved properly.
Floor protection was used at all times. There were absolutely no paint splashes on the laminated floor. I know this because I got down on my knees and checked it myself.
